Parallel zu einem Theaterfestival, das Mikola Hohol (Nikolaj Gogol') gewidmet ist, wird vom Institut für Literatur der Ukrainischen Akademie der Wissenschaften eine Konferenz veranstaltet, die Hohols Schaffen im Kontext gegenwärtiger Kulturtheorien sowie seine Auswirkung auf die Weltliteratur im Allgemeinen diskutieren will.
Einreichschluss ist der 28. Juli 2009.
In addition to a theatre festival devoted to Mikola Hohol (Nikolaj Gogol'), the Institute of Literature of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukraine will organize a conference which will discuss Hohol's works in the context of contemporary theories of culture and their impact on world literature in general.
