Submit your film for short film festivals, which are open in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, and for digital screens in several countries and cities around the world.
 

1)      Call for Entries for the fourth edition of Kratkofil International Short Film Festival, under the motto Profit vs Art, which will take place in Banja Luka, Bosnia-Herzegovina, June 22-26, 2010. Organized by Creative Artists Association "Lanterna", a Banja Luka based NGO, the Festival aims to stand internationally as a festival "from filmmakers to filmmakers" – celebrating cinema, as a place where filmmakers from the region and the world can exchange experience, a centre of debate and a catalyst for new films.

2)     Call for Submissions for the International Short Film Festival Film Palace Fest in Balchik, Bulgaria, taking place June 19-26, 2010. The organizers accept individual and institutional entries. The festival is open to professionals and students.
There are six competitive programmes, workshops, seminars, master classes, market. The deadline for free submission of international films is March 25, 2010.

3)      ART BY CHANCE is an ultra short film festival aiming to bring together promising artists and large audiences living in major cities all around the world. The festival will take place in May 2010 in several countries and cities around the world again. ART BY CHANCE submission is open for TIME themed 30 second films. The festival has set out to explore how the perception of time is unique to every individual and how time can influence the narrative of city life, one of modern man’s greatest challenges.
