Auf diese
herausragende Website wurde bereits im
hiesigen Blogeintrag hingewiesen. Erneut können nun im
Tschechischen Zentrum (Herrengasse 17, 1010 Wien) bis zum 6. Mai weitere bedeutende Filmplakate aus den in Prag ansässigen Kollektionsbeständen der
Terry Posters besichtigt werden. Diesmal aus Zeit der 1960er bis 1980er Jahre, in der sich die tschechoslowakische Filmplakatkunst größtenteils am Konstruktivismus und Surrealismus orientierte. Die wegweisende Persönlichkeit
Milan Grygar verarbeitete in seinen Werken jene Innovationen, die das
Informel und die
Pop Art mit sich brachten.

The deadline for entries for the 6th edition of
East Silver – documentary market specialized in Eastern and Central European documentary is
30th of July 2009.
East Silver has become the biggest internationally recognized database of creative documentary feature and television documentary films from Central and Eastern Europe. It will take place during the 13th International Documentary Film Festival Jihlava (October 27 – November 1, 2009).

East Silver has become the biggest internationally recognized database of creative documentary feature and television documentary films from Central and Eastern Europe. This specialized market will take place during the 12th International Documentary Film Festival Jihlava (October 24 – 29, 2008).
The new edition of East Silver – the only market which supports producers and distributors from Central and East Europe – is now open for submissions. The deadline is 30 July 2008. The submission is free for all applicable films (produced 2007 - 2008, English subtitled, with trailer + catalogue photos).
